A double-sided reversible pendant featuring a fiery Labradorite stone on one side and an Ammonite fossil stone on the other side. Handmade in our Sheffield workshop, the stones are 30mm x 25mm and set in hallmarked sterling silver.
Our stones are 100% natural and therefore may differ slightly in pattern and colour from those in the photos.
Now a little bit about the stones…
Ammonites appeared in the fossil record about 240 million years ago and they barely survived several major extinction events. The last lineages disappeared 65 million years ago at the end of the Cretaceous period.
Labradorite is usually blue or blue green, lavender blue, or even yellow in color. Labradorite crystals display a mix of all these colours, which make them look really mesmerising and eye catching! Aside from mining locations in the USA, labradorite can also be found in countries like Mexico, Madagascar, Finland, Greenland, Italy, Russia, and Scandinavia.
