A double sided reversible pendant with Sodalite on one side and Rainbow Fluorite on the other side. Made in our Sheffield workshop, these 30mm octagon shape stones have been specially selected for this design and are set in hallmarked 925 sterling silver.
Our stones are 100% natural and therefore may differ slightly in pattern and colour from those in the photos. The chain is not included but may be purchased separately.
Now a little bit about the stones…
Rainbow Fluorite exhibits a combination of colours inherent in Fluorite crystals, such as purple, blue, green, clear and yellow and, as such, it blends all of the properties of each colour. Fluorite is a highly protective and stabilising stone, useful for grounding and harmonising spiritual energy.
When working with the upper Chakras, Fluorite increases intuitive abilities, links the human mind to universal consciousness, and develops connection to Spirit. Fluorite further anchors intuitive insights into the physical plane, allowing mental and physical coordination. Fluorite heightens mental abilities, assisting in rapid organisation and processing of information, and can bring mental clarity and stability to an otherwise chaotic situation.
Fluorite absorbs negative energies from the environment and is effective at Auric and Chakra cleansing. Fluorite can also shield the user from psychic manipulation.
Sodalite usually comes in a beautiful royal blue colour commonly flecked with white calcite. It can be polished to achieve a very high gloss and make it look even richer and more elegant. The name sodalite is derived from the chemical element sodium. It also comes from the Latin word ‘sodalities’ which means comrade, because those who wear it will feel like they have a comrade who helps them feel peaceful and heal their aching or troubled hearts.
Sodalite was first discovered in Greenland in the 19th century. Nowadays, it can also be found in Portugal, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Russia, Australia, Tanzania, and China. Rare kinds of sodalite have also been found in Namibia and in Vesuvius, Italy.
